Returns

We build products to stay with you.
Not to be sent back.

But if something isn’t right — we’ll make it right.


The Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

After that, we’re unable to process requests.


What We Accept

We only accept returns in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing defect

That’s it.


What We Don’t Accept

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
  • Issues caused after delivery

Each piece is crafted with natural materials and light interaction —
small variations are part of the character, not defects.


Exchanges (Preferred)

If there’s an issue, we recommend an exchange.

It’s faster.
And ensures you still get what you came for.

  • Replacements are free for eligible cases
  • Same product will be shipped (subject to availability)

How It Works

Email us at udaymengane111@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video

We review every request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we’ll guide you through the next step.


Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead.


Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours
  • Share an unboxing video or clear photos

Without this, we may not be able to process the claim.

We reserve the right to decline requests that don’t meet the above conditions.
